All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class at £4.50 to cover for lost or damaged items.
Please allow us up to 10 working days once your order has been dispatched before contacting us about a missing parcel, however if you would like an update your welcome to drop us a DM or email at [email protected]
Royal Mail aim to deliver their parcels within 2-3 buisness days, however this may be delayed due to royal mails processing times or COVID, this may also occur around Black Friday, Christmas etc.
We typically aim to drop of your parcels once or twice a week depending on the amount of orders we receive, this is usually on a Monday or Wednesday/Thursday.
In the unusual event that your parcel has gone missing via Royal Mail we will put in a claim and refund and send out a replacement for you. However this is very unusual and rarely happens. Be aware we keep defence numbers for all your orders and can see when and where orders were delivered.
